Lucky Ranch is creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities—starting right here in our own community. Through partnerships with local businesses, we help create real jobs where individuals can contribute, connect, build confidence, and be valued for everything they bring to the table. Our first employment partnership is already underway at Mooberry Farm, and this is only the beginning. As Lucky Ranch grows, so will the opportunities.
OUR VERY FIRST EMPLOYEE
Meet Tori, the very first employee of Lucky Ranch. Through our partnership with Mooberry Farm Store, The Burger Family Foundation proudly funds Tori's position as the first step in our mission to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome. Her story is just the beginning of a much bigger vision for the future.
